Is a sex therapy intensive right for you?
A sex therapy intensive is a weekend length deep dive into your story as a sexual being, and a time to set clear intentions for where you want to take that story in the future. You get the clinical insight and therapeutic wisdom from Katie's years of expertise, but in a vastly different format from her weekly sessions.

Intensive sex therapy weekends offer a spacious therapeutic environment, giving you the freedom to deeply explore your sexual story. I decided to offer sex therapy intensives because when I reflected on the experiences that had been the most positively life altering for me, I realized that they had almost always been in the context of a longer offering. That longer time can really help a client land, remember, and create new pathways for where they want to go in the future in transforming the old stories and writing the new ones.
