Relationship Therapy Intensives
A bespoke weekend for couples ready to reconnect, grow, and choose each other with clarity.
A Relationship Therapy Intensive is an immersive, 16-hour experience designed to help partners reconnect, understand each other more deeply, and chart a new path forward—whether you’re seeking more intimacy, renegotiating relationship agreements, or exploring an aspect of your sexuality together.
You receive the depth of Katie’s clinical expertise and therapeutic wisdom, but in a spacious, retreat-style format that allows you to land, remember, and create real change—not in scattered 50-minute increments, but in a supported, intentional container.
Many of the most life-altering experiences happen when there’s time to slow down, breathe, and truly be with one another. These weekend intensives offer exactly that.
Why a Relationship Intensive?
Longer time together creates a powerful therapeutic arc. When couples step out of their everyday routines and into a dedicated container, something shifts: defenses soften, clarity emerges, and the nervous system has space to integrate new insights and experiences.
Whether you’re longing for more emotional or erotic intimacy, wanting to explore non-monogamy, navigating a transition, or needing to heal old patterns, a custom-crafted weekend gives you time to do the deeper work that weekly sessions often can’t hold.
What the Intensive Includes
Total: 16 hours of bespoke support across one month
Before the weekend
• Two individual virtual sessions (1 hour each)
Time for each partner to clarify intentions, name desires, voice concerns, and set personalized goals for the weekend.
The weekend
• Friday evening: 2-hour in-person joint session
We set the frame, co-create agreements for the weekend, and establish the developmental edges for each partner and the partnership.
• Saturday: 5.5-hour in-person session
Deep therapeutic work using the Developmental Model, the Wheel of Consent, experiential exercises, communication practices, and somatic or mindfulness tools to create connection, differentiation, and grounded intimacy.
• Sunday: 5.5-hour in-person session
Integration, repair work, guided communication, intentional relational agreements, and practices you can bring home to sustain the changes you’re making.
After the weekend
• One virtual follow-up session (1 hour)
Held about a month later to check in, adjust agreements, reinforce new patterns, and support ongoing integration.
